Oksana DeMaris

Oksana DeMaris serves as an associate for Focus Commercial Real Estate. Her primary responsibilities include working on the brokerage and acquisition teams with a focus on agency leasing, tenant representation, and identifying investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. In this capacity, Oksana’s day-to-day activities include researching and analyzing market trends in the Northwest Arkansas area and executing lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants.

A native of the Northwest Arkansas area, Oksana graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in real estate. She began her career with Colliers International during her Junior year in college as an intern before transitioning to a full time brokerage associate.

Oksana is an active member of the Northwest Arkansas Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter and currently serves as the Board Secretary. She is working towards her CCIM Designation.
