Olivia Arambula is the Broker/Owner of Timeless Real Estate in Riverbank, CA. She has been licensed in California since 2004.
Olivia is currently the Chairperson of the Lodi Association of Realtors Modesto Programs Committee and is a facilitator for the New Hire Orientation Committee. She served as the Women's Council of Realtors North Central Valley Local Vice President & currently as Events Director. She served as the Member Liaison for the Central Valley Association of Realtors for over three years, the 2023 Modesto CanTree Chairperson, and was a part of the Members Helping Members Committee. Olivia not only serves as a Realtor/Broker/Owner in the real estate industry, she also was a Store Director for Safeway and held that position for most of her 28 years with the company. Her various roles in the grocery industry have allowed her to acquire knowledge that she has utilized throughout her real estate career. Just to name a few, she served as the District Mentoring Champion, District Corporate Social Responsibility Champion, the District Safeway Employee Association Champion, and the District Diversity Champion. She also served as a facilitator for many educational leadership classes, such as Achieving Management Excellence, Diversity, Frontline Leadership, and was a trainer for the Retail Leadership Development Program. Her training and mentoring efforts allowed her the privilege to help hundreds of employees be promoted into management and corporate executive positions.
Olivia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and minor, Global International Studies with the emphasis of Globalization of Health as a Human Right from the University of California, Davis. Prior to that, she graduated from Modesto Junior College with an Associate of Arts in Language and Rationality. She graduated from the Central Valley Association of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2023 and the 2025 Lodi Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. Olivia continues to pursue opportunities to further her knowledge in leadership and in the real estate industry.
Olivia is highly involved in the Real Estate industry as it provides her with the opportunity to be an advocate for the members of the associations. Collaborating with the members and bringing those items and concerns to the committees she serves on, while using the knowledge she’s gained throughout her lifetime to help find solutions to the various issues that plague the real estate industry allows her the opportunity to make a difference for the members, and most of all, for our community. Helping clients obtain their dream of homeownership and supporting her association members by being on the front lines to protect the Realtor profession are just a few important areas that drive her volunteer efforts.
Olivia’s passion, dedication and drive allow her to thrive in everything she sets her mind to accomplish. Her community involvement shows her compassion for making a difference and helping those in the areas she serves. She is the Director of Community Events for the Riverbank Chamber of Commerce and is very involved with the city council and local schools. Olivia has been an ongoing contributor to various philanthropic causes throughout the community, as well.
Olivia’s husband, children, and grandchildren are the love of her life. Her family is her biggest accomplishment, and the driving force behind everything that she has achieved.
