Oscar Cortez was born in Nampa Idaho, and shortly after moved to Southern California where he spent 26 years. Oscar Cortez fulfilled a lifetime dream of moving back to Idaho 2006. His father taught him from a young age the value of real estate and Oscar Cortez grew up working with him in the drywall industry. He had a very strong work ethic which he instilled in Oscar Cortez and to this day he values his impact on his career. He was right there with him when Oscar Cortez bought his first home and started his business rehabbing homes in 1999 in California. When they moved to Idaho, him and his dad continued their construction company buying, rehabbing, and managing properties. Oscar Cortez loves combining my love for real estate with his talents in remodeling.
His family means everything to him. Oscar Cortez has a 10-year-old daughter Isabel and a 4-year-old son Oscar Jr. They blended their family with my Fiancé Sarah and her 6-year-old daughter Grace almost 2 years ago and will be married in July on Anderson Island in Washington.
Oscar Cortez loves the outdoors and am so happy that their entire family loves to ski and snowboard, hike, bike, fish, and camp. Oscar Cortez loves Idaho and is so blessed to be back here and doing what she loves.
