Oscar Montani, founding partner of Montani Real Estate, based in Los Angeles, California is a 20-year real estate industry veteran. It is not every Realtor who can seamlessly shift gears to help lead their buyers through chaos while still getting the deal closed, in a timely fashion. Oscar has been able to accomplish this and several other accolades during his time as a Real Estate Professional.
Perhaps surprisingly, much of Oscar’s 20-year career was not always spent in Real Estate, but with industries as diverse as the insurance industry and business consulting. However, the common thread was always an ability to not only to drive sales, but also help others be more successful as well. As an Insurance Broker, for many years, Oscar had his own large office in Los Angeles. With a particular focus on sales, performance improvement, and executive leadership, Oscar advised and taught a wide range of insurance agents and expanded profits throughout the company he worked for. Once his wife started up in Real Estate, he followed suit shortly after and got licensed as well. Since he had been successful in sales for most of his life, picking up Real Estate came pretty easy and enjoyable to him.
Originally born and raised in Peru. Oscar moved to the U.S. back in 1975. He worked for many years, and still works part time, as an Insurance Broker. He has been doing this since he arrived in the U.S. After living all over Los Angeles for many years, Oscar currently resides in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife and colleague, Vicky Montani. He enjoys spending time with his
family, meditated, reading books, and traveling.
