My career in the mortgage lending business began in 1998, shortly after graduating from UC Santa Barbara. Afterwards I started my own brokerage company, Equity Smart Home Loans. The last fifteen years of paving the ground in the mortgage business has made an expert with many mortgage programs in the loan industry. using my experience, I have created a great team here at Equity Smart focused on one primary goal: Make buying a home attainable to any motivated (and responsible) borrower.

I am proud to be a member of the Southern California Real Estate Research Council and also a licensed broker from the California Department of Real Estate.
