Pat is by far a great agent! The first time I spoke with her we ended up being on the phone for an hour. I felt like I knew her a lifetime when I was finished. I felt she was qualified and had all of my confidence that she would find the perfect house for me. She sent me emails that were relevant to my criteria, communicated quickly via text, and set me up with a cool app that showed prices of homes in the area that I was driving by (of course I parked when I used it). Pat was readily available and secured showings when I found properties of interest. We had to act quick because homes in my area and price range spent merely a day or two on the market. Once I found my dream house, she had the papers ready to go and was great at negotiations! She identified that my seller was desperate to sell and provided comps in the area, allowing me to make a fair offer. She negotiated with the seller on price and repairs once the inspection came. She walked me through every step, it was so simple! After closing I had an issue and she helped me with that too. She took time on a Friday night to help me, and followed up with me on Saturda morning to make sure I was ok. Even though our transaction was done, her dedication to me was evident. She ailment above and beyond to make sure I got my house and was happy. If ever move, she'll be the first one I call. If you're looking for an agent, she's the one. Thanks to Pat, I'm living happily in a house in my exact dream location and in my price range. I never thought it would happen but she made it happen!!!!
