I went to Pat Sanchez for both a primary home purchase and later a refinance on the same home and both processes went very smooth. The process on both transactions didn't take long at all. Pat knows his trade real well and he is very trustworty. I was very pleased with both my experiences with Pat and I will return to Pat for any other real estate endeavour.
