Pat has successfully represented buyers and sellers in the residential market in Austin since 1988.
In 2008, and after 20 years in real estate Pat opened Tate Property specializing in exceptional knowledge and service, showcasing exceptional homes. Pat is well known within the industry for not only giving her best to her clients but working well with other real estate professionals. It is not unusual for Pat’s buyers and sellers to begin as clients, and continue as life-long friends, as well as repeat clients.
Pat has been involved in many Austin community organizations, including the Junior League of Austin, The Austin Science Guild, Women’s Symphony League, Capital Area Council of Boy Scouts of America, Seton Development Board, Recording for the Blind Board, Hyde Park Baptist Church, The Settlement Club and The Helping Hand Home. She served in a leadership role in many of these organizations and when she launched her real estate career, these relationships served as the core group of her clients and referrals.
She is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA, majoring in accounting. She is a charter member of the Elite 25sm , a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a consistent top producer in residential home sales.
