Patricia Nguyen

Patricia Nguyen knows San Francisco real estate. She arrived in San Francisco from SaiGon, Vietnam as a teenager in 1980 which is when her passion for our city's remarkable real estate began. Patricia has a long association with real estate transactions starting with her first personal purchase in 1989 and followed by many years of real estate activity since acquiring her Real Estate Broker's license in 2007.

Patricia's experience in real estate includes representation of her clients' best interest and as a buyer, seller, investor, and landlord. "I commit to excellent customer service to yield the best results to my clients," Patricia says. She enjoys using her awareness and analytical capability regarding appropriate pricing and her skills as a negotiator for her clients' benefit. Patricia's customer service experience is a result of many years as proprietor of her own Allstate insurance agency in San Francisco. Her attention to detail and drive to complete projects efficiently and effectively has been homed in years of experience as Project Manager at State Compensation Insurance Fund where she was responsible for data management and programming.

Patricia's education and training include B.S. from San Francisco State University where she studied Computer Science and M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. Along with experience in researching, negotiation and marketing make Patricia the perfect partner for your real estate desires.
