Patrick Bashforth

Born in Santa Barbara and raised in the Santa Ynez Valley, Patrick has deep roots across the Central Coast. After playing football and studying entrepreneurship at Cal Poly SLO, he jumped into wine sales, earning many top production awards. Later, heading up business development for a beverage startup, Patrick truly honed his negotiating and problem solving skills. In 2018 he took over management of his family’s portfolio of rental properties across San Diego county where he quickly became a top Realtor on the nationally recognized Beer Home Team. Excited to be back on the Central Coast, Patrick’s passion for real estate is visible daily through his delivery of top notch service to his clients. In his free time he likes to hike, sail, golf, and explore all the great food and entertainment the Central Coast has to offer.
