Patrick and Heather were absolutely wonderful through the entire process of purchasing our first property. Under less than prefect weather and road conditions (4x4 required for access) they met our family to show us this property, AMAZING! Patrick worked hard to answer all our questions, and was honest when he didn't know the answers to some of our questions. He then pointed us in the right direction to find the answers we were looking for. He was extremely prompt in returning emails, phone calls and texts! Doing business with Patrick has been an absolute pleasure and a huge blessing to our family!

Patrick is the best realtor that I've ever worked with, he stands out among all the realtors with flying colors, and there are so many reasons why he stands out; he is thoughtful, kind, truthful, hard working, a great listener, smart, tactful (when you need him to really snatch the last home off the market and get your offer in early before all the other realtors put their $100,000 above asking price bids in) etc. He stands out as such a professional in the real estate game. Patrick is truly one of a kind and anyone who works with him is very blessed! Patrick sold us our first home, and as first time home buyers who weren’t fully aware what we were getting into with a hot market, he was above and beyond on explaining, pointing out things to be aware of in the homes we were considering from his years of experience (which saved us a lot of stress and worry when inspections came around) and was both professional, as well as making us feel like family.

This time around we decided we wanted Patrick to help us sell our home while the market has been exceptional in Spokane and we were preparing for our first baby! It was a long distance transaction as we live closer to family now and Patrick and his wife went ABOVE AND BEYOND TRULY — helping be a main contact for work done on the house, meeting people for appointments last minute, taking exceptional pictures of the home with a professional crew, swinging by to help water the new plants we planted, and encouraging us throughout the process. Home purchases are rarely smooth but Patrick’s local knowledge/experience eliminated the sharp edges. He listened to my requirements/desires and found the home that met my needs at a fair price, and that’s saying something in this market. Not only did he have/find answers to all my questions, he provided information and guidance in acquiring reasonably priced private flood insurance, as well as the process to challenge the flood plain designation. Patrick’s willingness to go the extra mile is saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. Bottom line, my experience was exceptional and I’ll be handling future real estate transactions through him.

We reached out to Patrick thru the internet when we found a home online that was in a neighborhood that we had been searching. He was able to get us a showing right away. It turned out that the house wasn’t right for us bu Patrick had a program that would alert him whenever anything in that neighborhood came on the market. Eventually, one did. It was a keeper and we made a full price offer but we were outbid. Patrick kept an eye out and several days later the successful bidder withdrew. We were able to get the home for our original offer. We’re moving in tomorrow.
