I worked with Mr. Murray in 2008 during a very difficult time in my life. I was going through a divorce and had to short-sell my house. Pat was great to work with. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to sell my property within 2 weeks during the mortgage crisis which was extremely impressive. Patrick not only worked numerous hours on showing the property to potential buyers but he also took the time to contact me daily to keep me informed of the status which is unheard of in the realty market. This was the best experience I ever had working with a realtor and I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I have used Patrick for multiple sales and one purchase. Pat is by far the most involved real estate agent I’ve worked with. He sold an investment property of mine in 2008, (about the worst time to be selling in the metro area) he found a buyer and the property was sold in a very timely manner. I have recommended Pat to family and friends and also other investors with not one bad review, in fact most of the time a get a “thank you very much” from people I send to him.

Pat helped me sell my house and then buy my condo and a townhouse for my brother. I couldn't have been happier with him! He listened to what I wanted, gave his expert advice (and he has a lot, which kept me from going down the wrong path several times), responded quickly, kept track of all the dates and documents and walked me through every step of the process. What is normally a stressful process - especially since I was both selling and buying - was as easy as it possibly could have been. He went above and beyond (working with contractors, doing work himself) to get my house ready to sell. His knowledge of the market conditions and the neighborhoods ensured my house was listed for the right price and sold quickly. It also ensured that I didn't pay too much for the properties I bought. And he did it all with good cheer, friendliness and lots of humor. I won't use anyone else and I recommend him to all my friends and family!

My home became a nightmare after I went under contract with Pat. It is a 60 yr old home and after the 1st inspection and 44 pages of items to fix I was beside myself. To top it off I was moving out of town with a date that I had to be at my new location. Pat stepped up and went through the checklist , hired the contractors, who were reasonably priced and assumed the position as project manager. This was all done with me being out of town. Pat was able to get me my price out of the house. I have 2 other properties which when it is time Pat will get those listings as well. Could not of asked for a more professional or highly competent individual.
