Patrick Westfall

Patrick Westfall specializes in buying and selling homes, condos, townhomes, lofts, new developments, historical properties, luxury estates, farms, ranches, investment properties, and vacant land in Boulder, Colorado and beyond. Patrick is a University of Colorado at Boulder alumnus and Boulder resident for twenty-four years.

Early in his career, Patrick founded Downtown Boulder Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage located in the heart of downtown Boulder, on the corner of Broadway and Pearl Street. In 2019, he joined the new Compass office in downtown Boulder.

Patrick lives in downtown Boulder with his wife and two children and the family dog, Moe, a Boston Terrier. When he is not working, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, biking, hiking, golfing, and snowboarding. Patrick is a dedicated husband and father who is passionate about his wife’s equestrian center career, his daughter’s English-style hunter and jumper equestrian riding teams, and his son’s little league and club team baseball teams.
