Patton Drewett

As a native Austinite, Patton has a true passion for this city and its people and is grateful to be able to serve the Austin real estate market. While attending the University of Texas, Patton began working in the public sector of real estate dealing with easement acquisitions while providing top-notch service and dependability to his customers.

Patton has a major in Economics and minor in Business Administration, he uses his background to view the greater Austin area through a business-oriented lens, constantly in tune with the growth and development occurring throughout the city. He understands the importance of strong interpersonal skills and an even stronger work ethic. He actively listens to his client’s wants and needs and succeeds in effectively guiding them through the real estate transaction. Patton’s specialty lies in providing outstanding listing service and buyer representation and professionally managing the needs of his clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Negotiating contracts to a successful close, Patton uses his extensive knowledge of the real estate market and the parties in the transaction to the benefit of his clients. During buyer transactions, Patton receives the ultimate fulfillment when knowing his clients have found a home they love. He values these relationships and considers his clients' lifelong friends. Patton is known for being loyal and his relationships continue way beyond the closing table as he is always eager to help connect clients with friends, contractors, service companies, designers, or simply sharing the hot new restaurant in town or a favorite fishing hole. Patton’s passion extends beyond real estate and into other aspects of his life such as family and the outdoors. He is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Deployed Family Outdoors, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our military veterans. When he isn’t working, he enjoys adventuring out into nature doing activities such as camping, fishing, or kayaking.
