marketing plan to achieve top results. Patty understands that pricing is key and utilizes a Scientific
Marketing Analysis to derive at the best list price. Once under contract, she is there to help her
sellers work through every aspect of the transaction.
Patty enjoys helping seasoned and first-time home buyers to find a home that checks the buyer’s
boxes whether a new or resale home. Additionally, she collaborates with custom homebuilders, investment
property and acreage.

In 2020, Patty started the Patty Johns Properties Group within Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
She wanted to lead a team of real estate professionals and mentor others in the industry to become
their best. This team concept has given an even higher level of service to her clients. Patty and her
team members collaborate with client’s in and around Austin providing high-end service at any price point.
Patty is an avid cyclist. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and is a live music and theatre
enthusiast. She lives in Central Austin with her fur babies, Henri (an English Toy Spaniel) and Ryker (a
Spaniel/Poodle mix).
