Paul was beyond perfect! He was patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. He extended himself with such generosity and sincerity! He is respectful, honest and efficient. We needed assistance several times applying for a mortgage, inspecting the home, renovation, etc and ALL of his contacts and referrals were fantastic. Paul "Handsome" Hanson absolutely crushes the home buying game! The very first thing he told me on our journey together was he wants me to enjoy this experience and have it be as stress free as possible....and enjoy I did! We spent months combing through the depths of the real-estate market, walking through countless "no's" and many "yes's" until I found my home. He was beyond patient with all my ridiculous questions lack of knowledge on just about everything (besides the stuff I've seen on HGTV). Long story short, you wanna house? We were purchasing from out of town, but he made the process as smooth as possible. We don't every plan to move again, but we would use him in a heartbeat if we did!
