When he first began his career, he dealt primarily with first-time buyers. Over the years, his buyers eventually became his sellers, and his sellers became his buyers all over again. He has been blessed with the loyalty of his clients and all their referrals of friends, family, and more friends of friends. Today, his business is primarily based on referrals and repeated business.

With his guidance, many of his clients have become investors and branched off into owning income property and commercial Real Estate.
