Paul Sobania

Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — Madison, School of Civil Engineering, and a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado. Shortly after graduating, Paul headed west in search of Colorado's famous three hundred days of sunshine and its active outdoor lifestyle.

Paul began his career in Colorado as a consulting civil engineer working for one of the nation’s leading home builders. In 2004, he left the consulting world and formed a company called Urban Custom Homes, LLC, which specializes in building quality custom homes for the urban home buyer. Through a process called Urban Redevelopment, Paul acquired properties in highly desired neighborhoods within the heart of Denver, scraped the existing outdated house, and rebuilt a new custom home. Shortly after beginning this new company, Paul obtained his real estate license. To date, Paul has successfully negotiated and closed $100 million in real estate sales. Paul is happily married and the father of two beautiful daughters. When he is not working, Paul enjoys fatherhood, home improvement projects, traveling, and training in the Japanese martial art of Ninjutsu.
