Paula Duke

Paula Duke has lived in Austin for over 25 years. Her “I never meet a stranger” attitude and local connections make her a natural for the residential real estate industry. Prior to joining Moreland Properties, Paula honed her skills in marketing and sales, most notably for Conoco, The Houston Ballet, and the Arnold Palmer Peerless Golf Clubs, affording her valuable experience in negotiation, which she now leverages on behalf of her clients.

Paula’s decade-spanning philanthropic efforts include various volunteer positions at her children’s schools, including PTA boards at Casis Elementary and O. Henry Middle School, chair of the O.Henry Mustang Athletic Club, and President of the Austin High Football Booster Club. She also has been heavily involved in the Helping Hand Home for Children, the Junior League of Austin, Zeta Tau Alpha Alumnae, and Tarrytown United Methodist Church.

Paula graduated from the University of Texas. She and her husband raised their two boys in West Austin. Paula spends most of her free time with family, friends, and two black labs, volunteering, exploring local cuisine, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
