Pavel Zustiak

Pavel was born and raised in former Czechoslovakia and has lived in New York City for over two decades. His passion for NYC real estate grew through the process of buying and selling property in Manhattan, navigating a challenging apartment renovation, serving on the board of directors of a Manhattan co-op and working as a sought-after purchase application specialist for the brokerage community.

Zutiak’s business acumen is enhanced by his creativity and a keen eye for interior design and architecture. He takes pride in serving his clients with his marketing expertise and savvy negotiation skills, which yields exceptional results.

Pavel holds a MS In Business Administration from the University of Economics in Slovakia and BFA in Dance Composition and Performance Production from Amsterdam School of the Arts, School for New Dance Development in the Netherlands. He also directs and choreographs for Palissimo. His creative work garnered him a Bessie Award (The New York Dance and Performance Award), Guggenheim Fellowship, Princeton Art Fellowship, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council’s President’s Award for Excellence in Artistic Practice and numerous Princess Grace Awards. www.palissimo.org
