Payal was incredible to work with in helping us buy our first home. We worked with Payal to outline the parameters we were seeking in our ideal home and she set us up to receive listings that met that criteria. Considering how expensive and competitive the Bay area real estate market is, we weren’t sure exactly how feasible our ideal home would be to achieve. We had submitted offers on various homes and to no surprise, we were outbid significantly in many of those instances. However, we took the strong stance that we didn’t want to get caught up in the frenzy of overpaying a significant amount on a home just to secure a deal - Payal understood this about us and knew we just had to be patient for the right opportunity to arise.

Our patience eventually paid off because we eventually got our offer accepted (and below asking price!) on a home that exceeded our expectations in a desirable location that is safe for our child. Once we were under contract, Payal kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions we had. During the negotiation process, Payal really worked her magic and provided us with a rounded perspective and various options for us to consider while negotiating. She called out notable items in the inspection report, outlined the pros and cons for us to consider, and was highly skilled and tactful in negotiating with the seller.

Payal helped us in buying our first home and we highly recommend her. It was a single family home located in Union city, California. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to negotiate and represent buyers in the most efficient way possible. The first offer that we made got accepted and we couldn’t believe it when Payal shared it with us. Ours was the 2nd highest offer on that house and we still got accepted due the fact that the package Payal prepared was really solid. During the counter offer process also she made sure we understood what all options we had and also made sure we don’t end up overpaying.

We’ve heard great recommendations for Payal and connected with her to help us with our first home purchase. After communicating with her, we didn’t see a need to chat with any other realtors. Payal has prepared us with the prerequisites, next steps, process, etc. at the initial conversation itself. She also referred us to a lender, with whom it was a pleasant working experience. Payal is well versed in this field e.g. understanding of the fees associated from the buyer side, things to look out for in long term perspective given that a Bay Area home purchase is probably the most expensive thing that one would buy :-). She explained to us even the minor details, shared suggestions related to financial documentation preparation so there are no hiccups after we like home and through the offer acceptance and close of escrow. She was truly working for and along with the buyer. Payal was on a vacation for a brief period, which she informed us way ahead and also arranged for her backup so there is no interruption in our home search process. We appreciate Payal’s diligence to follow up with us once back from her vacation and exceed our expectations to resolve a couple of pending things. We've got a sense of camaraderie with Payal and highly recommend her!

We worked with Payal and her firm on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous one within the space of a few months. Both of those experiences turned out to be great and much easier than expected!

While buying the home, Payal worked with us to carefully identify the parameters that we were looking for and then surfaced listings meeting those parameters every day. And when we were looking at houses, Payal made herself available to show us around dozens and dozens of houses, both during open houses and otherwise. During these visits, she would carefully guide us through the pros and cons of each property and helped us evaluate how much we should offer for each of them. She even leveraged her contacts to help us figure out how much it would take to upgrade or repair certain things in the home so we could take that into account. And finally, she also stayed in constant touch with the selling agent to help us negotiate reasonable offers, eventually leading to us buying this property!

If anything, the selling experience with Payal and her firm (especially Doug) was even smoother! Payal and her team did an initial assessment of our property and came back to us with competitive research and options and recommendations for increasing the value of our property. They walked us through the many different stages of getting the property ready to sell and took care of all the coordination, working with contractors, paperwork etc for us, which was way beyond what we expected. And with their quality work on listing, advertising etc., we got tremendous interest in the property and it sold for our target price!

Payal helped us buy our first home in Bay Area. She explained us the process in detail and answered all our questions with patience. She also recommended us lenders who gave us very good rates. She was proactively talking to listing agents and sending comparative market analysis to help us write competitive offers and our 2nd offer got accepted. She showed us the pros and cons of the houses we viewed with her. After getting our offer accepted, she provided continuous support from appraisal to after closing as well.

I worked with Payal to buy my first home. Before meeting Payal I felt stuck in my dreams to own something of my own. I wanted a condo and it is against popular advice in Bay Area, so most realtors would turn me down or get frustrated or impose their own opinions one me. Payal was the first one who paid attention to what I really wanted and found several properties for me and my sister. Once we put down an offer I needed to add in contingency to review HOA docs. While other realtors would not honor such requests from me, Payal plainly asked the seller if the contingency period can be added. They agreed and it gave me the cushion to consciously proceed with my home purchase. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend Payal

I am glad that I got Payal's contact when I was searching for Single Family Home in San Jose and Fremont areas. She helped me getting a wonderful house. I was a first time buyer.
She has been outstanding through out the journey. She is professional and responsive on timely manner. Her communication is outstanding. While reading disclosures she gave her inputs and makes me to choose(unlike others). She has been patient through out the process. I changed some of my requirements in the process and wherever needed she gave valid inputs. Her detailing in various phases(checking open houses, visiting the house which I wanted to go for offer, Some time she spoke with seller agents to get the info) helped me to go for right houses.
Overall amazing experience.
Post offer acceptance also she has been outstanding in reaching out to Listing agent and get the clarifications for many of my questions.
I have seen my friends' Listing Agents some of them are pushy about opinions & after sometime those agents started becoming impatient after a month. When I see them Payal has been outstanding through out. Thanks Payal !
