Phillip Harvey was outstanding in helping us find the right home in an extremely competitive seller's market. We were committed to buying in a neighborhood with a specific school and also with access to the lake. The homes in the area we wanted to live were gone in fewer than 24 hours. Add to that we were buying from the West coast. Amazingly, Phillip made it happen when it seemed impossible, and he helped us buy a beautiful home at a great price in the area we love and hope to start new adventures with our kids!

Phillip Harvey was exceptionally effective in helping us land the right home in a very competitive seller's market. We were very specific about buying in a neighborhood with a terrific school and rare access to the lake. Homes in our target area were entering into contract in fewer than 24 hours. And we were buying from the other side of the country. Yet, Phillip made it happen well within our time frame and within budget!

Phillip patiently helped us explore other neighborhoods and worked with us to realize what we really wanted. He hustled to get us early access to inventory. And his background in renovating homes and construction work gave us a leg up in identifying whether a house needed work and how much it would cost. Most importantly, Phillip is a savvy negotiator: he knew on which terms we could afford to be aggressive, while minimizing risk. And his rapport with the listing agent helped us get additional terms that made our financing so much more favorable. When we finally got to visit the house after closing, we confirmed that we were right to trust Phillip to find our home.
