A naturalized Citizen, born in London UK, Pius held various Consulting and Senior Executive positions with such well-known firms as Florida Capital, Saks Fifth Avenue, Giorgio's, Ermenegildo Zegna, CondoSmart Realty, Annoura Realty Group and Engel & Völkers.

German-educated with a BA in European Economics with an Import/Export Specialty, Pius is very active in the community belonging to such organizations as NAHREP, AMPI, WCR, AAREA, Greater Houston Partnership; NW Houston Chamber of Commerce being awarded Ambassador of the Year in 2010; member of the HAR International Advisory Board, chairman 2019, a 2015 graduate in the Texas Realtor Leadership Program, past Treasurer/Board member of The Dr. L. C Carter Foundation, past President of the Federation of International Real Estate (FIABCI)-USA Houston Council, current Director and Global Committee member for Texas Realtors and NAR Ambassador to Germany and Austria.

Pius has been married to his lovely wife Jackie for 26 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren from a previous marriage.
