Presha Sparling

Presha is a Managing Broker and have been selling real estate in Seattle for over 40 years. Presha was born and raised in the Northwest and she know Seattle's neighborhoods well. I've bought, sold, built and remodeled many homes in the city. This is where she raised my family. Having grown up in the real estate world, my daughter Riley decided to join me in 2008.

Coming from a background of art and design, Presha understand the aesthetics of marketing a home as well as the nuances of pricing, timing and negotiation. Presha years of experience have created great relationships with many brokers and allowed me to participate on the NWMLS Board of Directors as well as several strategic committees. Our clients don't just call when they're in the market to buy or sell.
