Rachel Fredrickson

Rachel is a Realtor with EXIT Realty Nexus and specializes in assisting sellers and buyers in the West Metro from Eden Prairie to Albertville. Cities including Chanhassen, Chaska, Excelsior, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Osseo, Rogers, Otsego, and Saint Michael.

She has been a Realtor since March of 2005. Over the years, Rachel has enjoyed helping many people sell and buy their homes. In 2009 she continued her training to increase her knowledge and skills to better assist the sellers/buyers she works with and received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She has been with EXIT Realty Nexus since 2011. The training and technology that EXIT provides are incredible and help Rachel stay on top of the market. The training she has received has pushed her career to new levels! In 2014 and 2015, she was awarded ‘Agent of the Year’ by EXIT Realty Nexus. She was also awarded a ‘Bronze’ Designation in 2015 & 2019 by EXIT Realty International.

Over the years, she has been able to build her business, primarily through referrals. Rachel believes that taking care of her clients is the most important part of what she does! She believes that is why her clients refer her to their friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors! These referrals take her all over the twin cities, and EXIT’s technology helps her market and sell everywhere!
