Why he came back to Paramount Properties. Having spent the last 8 years at Prudential in Northridge he realized that he needed to make a change to a company that could offer me more. Its funny how things work, but he started my real estate career with Syd at the Rinaldi office and enjoyed great success while at Paramount. In fact, Syd was the one who first suggested that get into real estate. In leaving Prudential, it was important that he join a company that could provide me with a large company image so that my clients would always feel that the company he worked for could provide the name recognition factor that they need. Paramount Properties definitely has the Brand Name recognition that my clients and he desired but most importantly he felt that having a hands on owner who knows the business is the most important criteria that any agent should look for. He sell homes all over L.A. and Ventura counties and having MLS access is a real advantage to me. Also, having the 7 locations is going to make my job that much easier when he need to meet clients. He know that being back at Paramount Properties is going to give me the best of all worlds and I also dont have to worry about any of the big corporate intervention and referral fees that other national companies saddle you with.
