A native of Nebraska, Randy visited California on a post college vacation in 1975. Enjoying the perfect weather and cultural diversity, he decided to make it home. Randy's approach to the business is unconventional and unique in the industry. He possesses a mid-western love for hard work, accomplishment, and integrity that have created lifelong business relationships with his clients and friends.
Randy entered the business as an agent in 1977. He obtained his Broker's license in 1984 and owned and operated Style Realty and Investments in Tarzana, CA from 1984 to 1998. In 1998, needing more International exposure, Randy liquidated his interest in Style Realty and affiliated with Remax Grand Central.
Randy has extensive experience and expertise in nearly all aspects of the real estate business. He specializes in the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County area and has uniquely extensive expertise in dealing with vacant land.
Randy is very active in his church and the community volunteering and hosting fund raisers for the local food pantries and other charitable organizations.
