Randy is not only knowledgeable of the industry, he's just a good human being. He walked through our home buying process from start to finish. He is responsive, and always there to answer questions and give his expert advice. But the best thing about Randy is not his knowledge of real estate or work ethic, it is his character and that he actually cares about his clients. If you want a realtor that not only knows the business, but actually cares about you, then look no further. I highly recommend Randy!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Randy for a good year as he helped me search for my new home. He was more than welcoming when I first reached out to him in March of 2024. I was using a previous agent prior to 2024 and she was just not a good fit for me and not very helpful. Randy was the opposite of this, very professional, kind, patient and treated me like family from our first conversation. From the first time I reached out to him, he took the time to talk to me for a good hour and listened to all my concerns. From that point on, he was always there to answer my questions in a timely manner and was always available to arrange a tour of any home I wanted to see. He was very accommodating, did not rush me in any of the scheduled appointments and had ample knowledge about every home as he always did his research and arrived early at all the appointments. He helped me sell my home during the summer of 2024 and I eventually purchased a condo in the northern suburbs. After looking at many properties with him, it turned into a rather fun journey and the whole process was one big learning experience. He went step by step and explained everything thoroughly. The best thing about Randy is his extensive knowledge in the real estate business and his kindness. I can call him a friend for life and I highly recommend him. He will always treat you with kindness and respect and always look out for your best interest. He gets things done immediately, has impeccable negotiating skills and is simply top notch in the business. I don't believe there is any other agent out there that can top him!

My husband and I met Randy more than a year ago. Our first property that we saw was with a different realtor on Redfin which we didn't really connect with. However, our 2nd house viewing we met with Randy and instantly knew we wanted him to represent us. Randy is very knowledgeable in the housing market, pays attention to detail, is responsive, and has a great sense of humor! We are very happy that we choose Randy to help us find our first home. I highly recommend Schulenburg Realty for all your home buying needs. As a 1st time home buyer I found it difficult dealing with the realty/lending company that I was using. My significant others' daughter-in-law suggested that I go with Randy and he did not disappoint. Not only did he quickly reserve viewing for homes that I wanted, but he provided critical information on the home buying process and what it entails. Randy helped us buy our first home and was great at explaining all the ins and outs of home buying during a very competitive market! He helped arrange for a lender that was awesome, and has great references for experienced home inspectors, and very friendly and competent buyer's attorney. He takes time to answer all questions and does not pressure you into working with him.

Truly good guy and highly recommend to use Randy if in the northern Illinois area between Chicago and Rockford. Did not disappoint at all and very confident he will help you find place that is right for you in your budget.

Working with Randy was a phenomenal experience. My wife and I started looking for our home in late September, and we kind of had a lot to ask. We really wanted to complete a purchase and move in before Thanksgiving, and Randy made it happen. He worked around our busy work schedules for some late night showings, and we were able to go from making an offer at the beginning of October to closing before the end of the month. He was super knowledgeable and honestly pointed out some things in some of our showings that definitely helped us make better decisions. We highly recommend him, he was great!

Randy Schulenburg of Schulenburg Realty, Inc. is one of the best professional Realtor's I ever worked with (been working with him for the past 2 years) and continue to worth with him (in my lifetime). His knowledge in this business is impeccable and he stands by what he states.

I can say this with assurance that it is very rare to find someone like Randy who truly seeks to help the person with their need. Even if it means to puts his own agenda aside (if required) to help those in need, he takes the extra mile to do so (he has certainly done so with us). Through Randy's help we were able to lock down a Town-Home rental within the span of a week and complete the transaction within 2 weeks.
