Randy is the best! He had helped me buy/sell properties in the past and when I needed to quickly sell my latest home of 22 years; he again was there for me. He was also available through the whole process and patiently answered my countless questions and walked me through the e-contracts and closing forms. He truly went above and beyond. *** I am updating my review because since my original post we have used Randy's services yet again. As always , he delivers. It was a bit of a difficult property to sell but he was on top of every detail and made sure the seller (my Mom) was well represented and got the best possible outcome. Randy takes care of his clients and he is fun to work with too!

I can't express how impressed I am with Randy!!!! I never had to call him for updates or information! He was ALWAYS ahead of me, very informative, updates all the time no matter how big or small the update was. He moved a few properties for me Quickly. He is sooo professional, helpful, & nice!!! I called Randy on the recommendation from a co-worker. Though I called several real estate agents/brokers, I started working with Randy because he went to work immediately on my house search. He was available whenever I had questions or requests, and gave me some excellent advice during my home search. I have known Randy Sons for many years on a professional level and always went above and beyond. Just last year I needed him on a personal house buy. Could not have asked for anyone better.
