They were very knowledgeable, very patient with us, took time to walk through every single listing we were interested in (and that is a lot of listings…), and accommodated our schedule and stayed up late to go over the disclosures with us, etc.

My husband and I were looking in the Willow Glen / Campbell/Santa Clara area and they were very knowledgeable about school district, neighborhood, etc. They were very honest on houses they didn’t feel matched my needs. When I was ready to sell my home, Ray and Jennifer were recommended to me by my former neighbor who used their company to sell his home. I heard nothing but rave reviews so thought I’d give them a try. They were extremely helpful in helping me decide on a price, were ready to stage my home and publicize with a beautiful brochure including photos from a drone. They were there to answer all my questions when I needed them with immediate responses. A beautiful “For Sale” sign with set up in front of my home almost immediately. I recently worked with Ray and Jennifer on the sale of my homes in Gilroy, CA. It was a stressful process for me one of many personal challenges I was facing. The first day we met I felt comfortable with them in that they were prepared, knew the market and had a plan to sell my house quickly and for the best price possible. There were days I probably drove them crazy with questions but they both have the patience of a saint and assured me they knew best and had a plan.
They indeed had a plan and executed it perfectly. They listed the house on Thursday, sent info out to other agents in the area who might have clients looking in our area, scheduled “Open House” for that Saturday and Sunday. We had our first offer Sunday morning at 10 AM which then required us to let everyone who visited to submit offers by end of day Monday (a dozen offers received) and by Tuesday we were under contract and closed within 30 days. It was the stars aligning at the direction of Ray & Jennifer. They are an incredible team and I would recommend them to anyone I know selling a home or buying a home.
