I heard nothing but rave reviews so thought I’d give them a try. I recently worked with Ray and Jennifer on the sale of my homes in Gilroy, CA. It was a stressful process for me one of many personal challenges I was facing. The first day we met I felt comfortable with them in that they were prepared, knew the market and had a plan to sell my house quickly and for the best price possible. There were days I probably drove them crazy with questions but they both have the patience of a saint and assured me they knew best and had a plan.
They indeed had a plan and executed it perfectly. They listed the house on Thursday, sent info out to other agents in the area who might have clients looking in our area, scheduled “Open House” for that Saturday and Sunday. We had our first offer Sunday morning at 10 AM which then required us to let everyone who visited to submit offers by end of day Monday (a dozen offers received) and by Tuesday we were under contract and closed within 30 days.
