We had been looking for a larger home with two toddler kids. One afternoon while walking the kids in a stroller a few blocks away from our prior home I saw a 'For Sale' sign in front of an attractive house. Called Regina's number on the sign and she stated she could be by the house to show it to me in the next 20-30 minutes! Was not anticipating such a prompt arrangement of seeing it. When returning, upon walking in, I immediately knew, and later my spouse, that it was perfect for us. Regina was with us every step of the way thereafter helping to usher us into our new house and we have been thoroughly enjoying living here ever since! Plus, she has been a good friend/advisor ever since. Many plaudits to Regina!

I've actually worked with Regina Velasquez twice. The first time was in 2010 when I purchased my existing home, and her superb professionalism and knowledge allowed me to find just the right home! She is extremely smart and knowledgeable and knows the Santa Clarita real estate market very well, and she's also very friendly and very professional.

Later in 2020 and 2021, she helped me explore options when I was considering the purchase of a new home (a possible trade up from my existing home) and, again, she proved to be a superb agent. It is true that I decided to stay with the existing home I purchased with her help years ago, but I still appreciate the work she put in to help me understand the market and to help in searching for prospective homes that would suit my taste and budget very well. I would recommend her without reservation to any of my friends and am planning to do so.

Regina is a Professional. She has the personality to be very comfortable. I cannot tell you how easy it was working with her to find a house in California.
We moved from New York to CA many years ago and she showed us around Stevenson Ranch and Valencia.

I only wish I had known more about CA before our purchase of our house.
