Richard Bower

I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) with over 40 years of experience in the real estate business. In 1981, I joined Joyner Fine Properties, Richmond’s leading real estate firm specializing in Luxury and Fine properties. I am an Associate Broker with the firm.

My real estate activities center on the listing and sale of signature estates, large land parcels, upscale homes, and the relocation of executives transferring to or from the Richmond area. The areas I concentrate in include the city of Richmond and the counties of Henrico, Chesterfield and Goochland as well as other Central Virginia markets.

In addition to having been a member of the Board of Directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors for 7 years, I volunteer my personal time for various causes and institutions including the River Road Citizens Association, Northstar Academy and my community.

Some of the awards I have received as a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors includes being named a “Distinguished Achiever” for over 30 consecutive years, being recognized as one of its “Top Ten” producers since 2006. In 2010, I received the “Adrian Bendheim, Jr. Salesman of the Year” award in 2010, an honor given just one member of our more than 5,000 member organization. In 2014 & 2016, I was number "1" in sales volume for an individual agent in the Central Virginia region.
