We recently relocated our family to NYC from out-of-state. Rich carefully listened to our needs, helped us focus on two neighborhoods, and he mapped out a timeline that made the whole process manageable. Throughout the search, Rich was diligent, flexible, kind, and he always went above and beyond. For example, he cross-referenced each apartment listing with various zoning maps for schools. With each visit, he FaceTimed us in advance to walk us through the neighborhood stomping grounds, as well as commuting options for work and schools.
When we settled on an apartment, Rich reviewed the lease and lobbied on our behalf for more favorable terms. He even made an appointment to go back and take measurements so we could order furniture In advance. And finally, he introduced us to movers, cleaners, babysitters, and school consultants.
He’s absolutely the best. We’re not looking forward to moving any time soon, but if and when we’re ready, he’ll be the first person we call.

I'm writing to express my immense gratitude and to give a well-deserved five-star review for Rich. In August, following the unexpected passing of a relative, we faced the daunting task of clearing out and preparing their condo for resale, all while being on the opposite coast. That's when Rich came into the picture, recommended for his expertise and assistance.

Rich's approach was nothing short of holistic and comprehensive. He first visited the condo on foot from the nearest metro station, a practice he explained helps him understand the neighborhood and potential buyers. The property required extensive work, including de-junking, but Rich didn’t flinch. He coordinated everything – junk removal (including soliciting and evaluating bids), pest control, coordinating with the building management, and even checking on my relative’s mail. We trusted Rich to sort through any remaining valuables, taking some to sell and sending us the rest.

His ability to find a buyer almost immediately was remarkable. The deposit was made, which ensured a quick sale post-probate. Throughout this process, Rich provided regular and frequent updates; always just a phone call or text away. Furthermore, he was thoughtful and forward-looking, identifying potential issues and (more importantly) possible solutions.

We closed escrow just yesterday, only three weeks after probate and a week following the building management's sale approval. It's a tremendous relief and truly one of the best Christmas presents. Rich is more than just a real estate agent; he's a partner in what can be a very personal (and in our case, somewhat traumatic) journey. If I ever need real estate services in NYC again, Rich will undoubtedly be my first call. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking more than just a transactional relationship in real estate.
