A native Coloradoan, Rick has been a Realtor in Fort Collins since 2002. A graduate in Business Administration from Flagler College, Rick brings a strong business education, a deep understanding of his community and more than 12 years’ experience in the Fort Collins real estate market.

Previously a Broker Associate and then Supervising Broker for Benchmark Realty for more than ten years, Rick launched Roots Real Estate, a boutique firm located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2013. Roots Real Estate specializes in residential real estate sales. Rick provides straight forward advice, personal service and passion for Northern Colorado and the unique community they have here.

An outdoor enthusiast, Rick enjoys hiking, skiing, and Colorado State University sports - Go Rams! He and his wife Katy spend time together at the many family events around Fort Collins with their triplets.
