Rita O'Brien

Rita O’Brien represents Broadbent Boise Real Estate as a transaction coordinator and buyer’s agent. Following 20 years in the insurance industry, Rita discovered a career in real estate in 2005 while working as a bookkeeper and receptionist for a real estate firm.

As Broadbent Boise’s transaction coordinator, Rita is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all the elements needed to bring a contract to completion. In short, she is the agency’s “go-to girl” for managing all the details that bring a deal to successful completion. Having achieved a personal and professional goal of obtaining her real estate license, Rita is now available as an additional agent for the firm.

Rita appreciates the “get it done” mentality at Broadbent Boise, and admires the team’s creative energy, saying they are always “thinking…going…doing.” “Part of the reason I do this job is because no two days are the same. I love that!”

Originally from the Midwest, Rita found her home in Idaho in 2004. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and son, as well as a beautiful granddaughter. She is also “mom” to a very spoiled boxer.
