Man, where to start? I've bought and sold roughly 35 houses in my life but never had an experience to match this. Or even come close. If there's such a thing as 'white glove' service in real estate this is it. Robert went above and beyond in taking our deal across the finish line, even stepping in to tidy up the grass after a sewer line replacement. I could go on but trust me when I say he's the best in the business. Whether buying or selling, you will not be disappointed.

Robert is the BEST realtor in Colorado! I was having trouble selling my home, it had been on the market for several months (nov 1-may) and I was getting discouraged and frustrated. I was talking to a good friend of mine and he said "you have to call Robert, he's who I use, he's amazing" So I called Robert and after a short conversation Robert came by on a Sunday to check out my house. We took it off the market for a couple and got it staged and pictures done and back on the market the following Friday. Robert had me under contract in 9 days! I wish I had called him in November! Robert made the entire process painless, he dealt with all the nitty gritty and all I had to do was wait for him to call and tell me what to do next! I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team! I was so lucky to have him as my realtor while searching a place to live in Colorado. It was for 2 months. I don't remember how many houses I asked him to show me. He was always available for me, and gave me lots of valuable information for buying a house. He went through all of the paperwork line by line so my son knew what and why he was signing. He ensured my son was getting the best deal on the property he purchased. He did such a great job that I recommended him to my daughter's mother-in-law when she moved from Virginia Beach. He did a second awesome job for her. Robert Balentine was the best agent I have ever worked with across the half dozen transactions I’ve done. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were able to view any property we wanted on a moments notice, literally we’d see something that day and he’d meet us there in a few hours. He is also very knowledgable not only in the state of the market but knows a lot about construction and is clearly able to answer every question and concern I had about the houses we looked at. He was also very kind, fun and friendly to work with and not one of these boring cookie cutter agents. My wife and I just closed on a home with Robert and he went above and beyond. He is very friendly, genuine, and he clearly only wants what is best for his clients.
He always went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and to protect us and guide us throughout the process. He even showed up early to our showings to investigate the houses and give us very detailed tours while also pointing out things we wouldn't have noticed. Through closing, he was proactive in contacting us whenever new information was available and explaining to us the whole process. He even helped us make the big decisions required when closing on a home, providing pros and cons whenever we asked (many of which we couldn't have thought of ourselves) and could really empathize with us. He is so down to earth and authentic.
Through the whole experience Robert was easily contactable and always answered his phone; proactive in contacting us whenever new information was available; very attentive to details and explained everything, every step of the way; very caring that we got the right home for us; and trustworthy - Enough said.

Robert provided the ultimate in timely proactive support throughout the entire process. The 2 hour inspection turned into a 5 hour inspection. The home inspector was a referral from Robert, and the most thorough and detailed inspection I've ever experienced. Over the past 40 years I have purchased 10 homes. Robert researched a number of items for me as the HOA documents had yet to be received. His research brought to light the fact that the sewer line is the townhome owner's responsibility. This additional item was then added to the inspection. Robert always went above and beyond to keep me informed and on top of my responsibilities to ensure the process continued to move forward. I never worried that I might miss something. He is the most delightful professional. I made a friend in the purchase process.

My mom decided to move out of her home that she'd lived in for over 40 years. Selling your house is stressful enough, but this was a particularly difficult and emotional situation. Robert Balentine explained every step of the process, and patiently helped her understand all of her options and the pros/cons of each decision.

He kept her informed through the whole process and helped her make all the arrangements. He was able to answer every question that she had along the way from his years of experience.

It's hard to choose a Realtor when you aren't experienced in Real Estate. I'm so glad Robert was recommended to us. We couldn't have asked for a better ally.

There are probably a lot of Realtors who are knowledgable and professional, and maybe a few who are as patient and understanding, but Robert Balentine is the person that you hope you are hiring when you contract to sell your home.
