Robert Castaneda

Before joining the RE/MAX team in 2010, Mr. Castaneda was President of Mortgage World & Real Estate Specialists since 1993. For over 30 years, Robert has helped people realize their dreams of owning a home for their family. When it comes time to selling your home, Robert helps sellers get top dollar by using all his extensive experience and modern technology available in today’s real estate world. He has consulted with individual, institutional, corporate and high net worth real estate investors in the purchase of residential investments and financing during this time as well. Mr. Castaneda has closed on more than $1 billion dollars in real estate purchase, listings and finance transactions. His experience encompasses foreclosure sales and he is considered an expert in the purchase of REO properties as well as the listing of short sale properties. Mr. Castaneda carries the CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Mr. Castaneda also carries the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designation to help his clients obtain the best price and terms for their property.

Mr. Castaneda was a regular participant on The Real Estate Network radio talk show. He has also been a guest and expert on the radio program, “The Real Estate Life”. Mr. Castaneda is focusing on how to help individuals achieve their goals in home ownership and real estate investments. With over Thirty years of real estate and finance experience he will provide the necessary information and guidance to navigate the current market we are in.
