07/24/2016 - adeel shah Rented my Single Family home in 2015 in Newtown Square, PA. Rob's expertise go beyond just the basics of selling or buying real estate. In my experience he was able to help me strategize on the best possible outcome for my property. He helped me devise a gameplan to improve the marketability of the property and then it turn oversaw the requisite remodeling, repair and painting projects. I was able to work with him remotely and found him available and on task at all times. Best of all, he was honest and upfront about the prospects, pricing and timing of our selling process. We started out with the objective to sell but after an honest assessment concluded that renting was our best mid-term move. Rob helped me execute this plan and I am very happy with the outcome.

07/25/2016 - fdsabato Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in West Chester, PA. We were looking at Zillow, etc. websites and coming up with a ballpark estimate but to sell my dad's home but Rob gave us an actual assessment that was more than we would have asked for and lost money. He explained what goes into determining selling price for a home (location, supply & demand etc.) From the beginning Rob was always accessible via email, text or phone. I would text on a week-end and not expect an answer until Monday but he always returned my call or text and quickly. Whatever we needed. Rob also rolled up his sleeves and jumped in to help . When I could not find anyone to help me lift or dispose of three huge, heavy TV's two days before closing and I was 40 miles away, Rob went to the house & physically removed and found where to dispose for me. My dad had a big safe in the basement that we had no idea how to get removed. After lots of frustration, Rob (through his many contacts) found a person interested in the safe and had removed it for us. Rob has been doing this for years and his list of contacts is amazing. Whatever you need, he seems to know someone or somehow to resolve it. Lastly, Rob's calm demeanor played a huge part in all of this as nothing was a disaster to him, there was always an answer or solution. I would absolutely refer Rob to any of my friends or family. When I sell my home it will be through Rob.

Highly recommend 12/10/2016 - ShrikantJ Bought a Townhouse home in 2016 in West Chester, PA. We were first time buyers in a new city but Rob made the house hunting process very smooth for us. He carefully listened to what our needs were and presented us houses not only which were in our price range but also which were worth the buy (Good location, school districts, renting/resale potential, interior/exterior condition of the house and so on). We had an extremely short time frame in which we had to sell our prior home to satisfy a contingency agreement on our new home. We interviewed a number of professionals, before going with Rob. My husband is an attorney, and he was impressed with Rob's legal knowledge of all aspects of the process. Dorothy: Rob has helped me on two occasions to rent my home and has also helped my husband and I look for to purchase properties. He has been professional on all levels and has been extremely insightful as far as marketing suggestions. Presently, we live out of PA but will use him both to sell our current home and to purchase another. You don't get service as complete and personal as Rob gives.
