Cristal Suarez, Robert Johnson was highly recommended by a family member. We spoke on the telephone and he was immediately excited to assist my family with our first home purchase. Bob, as we called him, was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the home purchasing experience. He started by helping us decide a price that fit our budget. He then assisted us in looking for a home that would fit our families needs. Within a couple of days we found our dream home. Bob acted quickly to place an offer and helped us obtain our home. He even helped us take care of fixing small repairs. He was very flexible and worked around our busy schedule. jandsmaxiii, Bob helped me buy a home I was from out of the Area- I have 25 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Appraisal/ and R.E. loan underwriting- Bob was extremely helpful locating and negotiating a difficult 100% VA loan purchase on a deferred maintenance ranchette In Hughson CA for me and my wife- all the necessary inspections to evaluate the property were ordered and Bob meet each inspector at the property-Our property inspection alone was 54 pages long-- short story- Bob worked some miracles with the seller-VA lender- and some of the inspectors and contractors to close a difficult escrow- that was like walking thru a mindfield- his overall R.E. /appraisal/ and loan knowledge and superior down to earth honesty and negotiation skills are hard to find these days- My wife and I would recommend him hands down. We have been enjoying are dream ranchette now for five great months! Thanks to Bob

acminers, Bob helped us sell a home that was part of an estate first with a lease option and then with the purchase. Bob is an excellent agent who works with you whatever you need. He explains the reasons certain things need to be done and what would happen if they weren't. All of the options you have are explored allowing you to choose the best one. Bob is always available to address any questions or concerns that may come up. Bob anticipates situations that may occur and warns you in advance so that you are prepared. Bob has a great sense of humor and is extremely easy to deal with. You will be very pleased with Bob and the results that he obtains for you.
