Bob is a fantastic realtor. We would rate him 10 stars if we could. He is honest, hardworking, super knowledgeable, and very professional. He communicates often, listens well, and responds when we call. He sold a home for us 10 years ago and it was the best experience, so we again listed an inherited home this year. As before, it was the best experience. We literally cannot imagine how it could have gone better. We are super happy with the end results. We highly recommend Bob!

I would really like to recommend Bob Moon to any buyer or seller for that matter. Bob is very knowledgeable of the VA loan process. My wife was his main contact and he treated her professionally and respectfully. Bob not only helped me work with an architect to design my dream house but was there for me and my wife when we decided to change direction and sell our house to move to Omaha to be with family. His experience and knowledge of the market in West Richland was key in selling our house. When Bob wasn’t available his assistant Lona was always there and handled any issue that we needed help with. I needed some documents sent to me in Omaha and once again Lona was only a phone call away and got me what I needed-they truly are an awesome team👍👍

This is our second purchase with Bob and our first sale. We weren't expecting to move as we had just moved 4 years prior to 2021, but a great home came our way and we couldn't refuse putting in an offer. It got accepted right away, but we had to sell our current house as soon as possible. Bob put our house on the market and and we had an accepted offer in less than 48 hrs. Our close date was within 5 weeks and there was a lot to manage. Bob and his awesome assistant Lona were great at keeping us on track and very thorough so as to make sure we understood every step of the process.
