He found the right property in the right price range and explained everything to a first time buyer. Rob followed him through until financing, and even then he guided him and explained to him all the facts of payouts for inspections, title company, and all costs. I've worked with many realtors over the years and I must say, Robert has been the best. He researches and analyzes the market to figure out the best selling strategy. He's diligent in doing his homework and is very honest with his assessments. He also works in the best interests of his clients, working closely with them to meet their specific needs. Our situation was very unusual, requiring a last-minute replacement for our original realtor. He met us the same day, spent lots of time assessing our situation, our needs and our property, then quickly got up to speed to make what could have been a difficult transition very smooth. I cannot say I have been anywhere near as happy with a realtor as I have been with Robert. I highly recommend him as a top-notch professional.
