I have placed over 1 billion dollars in capital in a broad range of Real Estate assets over a 34-year career in the business. I created my own RE Brokerage Co at the age of 25 and have purchased and subdivided numerous large parcels of raw land, purchased and then taken many large properties through the entitlement process with and without outside developers and have developed everything from high density residential to industrial to single family homes. I have acquired raw land or a tear down home and then acted as the architect of and then General Contractor in building over 32 SFR homes out of the ground in the Mar Vista and Venice areas of Los Angeles. I have also worked as head of land acquisitions of a large national homebuilder. I have brokered and closed well over 100 single family homes/condominiums/apartments over my career and I am a licensed RE Broker a licensed General Contractor and have had an appraiser’s license.
