I have worked in the real estate industry since 2005 under the most stressful and demanding circumstances and came out with flying color, serving and delivering clients the results that they expect and deserved. Working in either side, both of seller and buyer, is interesting and exciting, both being satisfying and fulfilling in terms of selling on behalf of the former and buying on the latter's side. The real estate business is about people, and to succeed in this field, one has to be a people person which I take pride in, in the fact that I used to preside over an immigrant association. Owning a house in the US is the other half of the American Dream which is why I make sure that in every transaction I do on behalf of my clients, the primordial interest of carrying out my fiduciary duty takes precedence over any and all other consideration.

My attitude towards my real estate career is heavily influenced by my field of study. I graduated with a course in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Throughout the years of my real estate life, most of my real estate business were mostly done in and around the San Fernando Valley consisting of Santa Clarita, Northridge, Panorama City, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills and the neighboring cities. Sometimes though, it stretches all the way to the opposite sides of San Diego and Oxnard all the way to Southern California.
