Ron Benning

Ron purchased his first property in 1989 after graduating from California State University Sacramento. The experience was not great, but it motivated him to become a real estate agent.

Most of the training Ron received taught aggressive techniques that he was not comfortable with. He decided to provide the kind of service he would have wanted as a buyer or seller. There are no dumb questions.

Over the past 30 years, he started and ran a large real estate company with 2 offices and nearly 100 agents. Ron has also sold hundreds of homes and multifamily properties.

He recently merged his office into LPT Realty to focus entirely on helping his clients with their real estate needs.
