Ron is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Market in the Los Angeles area. He is very helpful and very generous with his time and advice. I didn't have to call him for info, he always called to keep me informed and updated. Throughout the entire process Ron was professional, conscientious and motivated. I was very happy with the process, and very satisfied with the results. Ron is the Best.

Very knowledgeable and relentless in making sure that the sale goes through in spite of several difficulties in the process. The whole process was done without my having to be physically present which, due to my work location and schedule, was enormously helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ron. From the start he made every effort to find out what I wanted in a home. As we searched and I gave continued feedback, the places we looked at were closer and closer to my vision. He was even generous with advice when I was unsure what I wanted in certain aspects of my home. Ron sent me open house options frequently and it was effortless to schedule mutually available viewing times even with my unpredictable schedule. When we finally found the place I wanted, Ron made it super easy for me by sending all the necessary documents to me digitally (which I could even sign on my phone!) and reminding me to sign some when I was lagging a little too long. He was truly helpful every step of the way and available to offer me guidance and advice even when it came to my lender. He also got my purchase price to a place that I was comfortable with. I couldn't be happier with how the process went and the final results!

Ron is just an amazing real estate agent. My wife and i are new investors, and when I told him what we were looking for, I didn't think we could find a property with such positive returns in the Los Angeles area. Ron knew our criteria was demanding but incredibly he found a great building for us, at a reasonable price. He then took over and made our lives easy: he negotiated a great deal, and used a lot of great "tricks" to get the building for us in a very competitive bidding situation. He helped us secure our loan, found us a handyman to do all our repairs and even showed us how to find a great tenant for our place. He owns lots of properties himself and basically tutored us on how to become good landlords, long after the sale was made. You couldn't ask for better service, a more professional approach or a better broker. I would never use anyone else. J. Goldstein.
