Rosanna Garcia

Rosanna Garcia has been in the real estate business for more than twenty-five years and is an Outstanding Life Member in the Master’s Club. She is the Immediate Past President of the CA Women's Council of Realtors. She currently serves as a Director of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, a board member of the Sacramento Association Foundation and a member of the CAR Fair Housing and Diversity Task Force, Issues Chair of the C.A.R. Investment Housing Committee, a member of the Fair Housing and Realtor Party committees.

Rosanna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from San Francisco State. Her parents began Garcia Realty over fifty years ago and her brother and her continue the tradition. They were born and raised in Sacramento where she attended St. Francis High School. They are proud of their family's contribution to the development of this fine city.

Rosanna specializes in first-time home buyers and investment property. She is fluent in Spanish, and she will pay a referral fee to anyone that needs a Spanish-speaking agent. She looks forward to doing business with clients in the future.
