Rose Cabral

Rose was born on Ohlone Land and currently live on Nisenan Land. She spent her youth in Sunnyvale, in the San Francisco Bay Area and found Sacramento after graduating from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Sociology and Communication.

Since 2011 Rose has helped many realize their dream of homeownership. She is passionate about advocating with and lifting her neighbors and community. Rose is dedicated to preserving the diverse and historic neighborhoods and families who have lived here for generations.
Rose is an unconventional Realtor focused on helping her clients’ become homeowners while at the same time caring about their houseless neighbors sleeping outside on their streets. Rose envisions a world with safe, affordable, and equitable housing for all.

Whether buying or selling, Rose’s goal is to ensure you know as much as possible, keep you informed of any obstacles they may face and offer a realistic timeline.
Rose has committed to donating $300 to organizations dedicated to empowering BIPOC homeownership and affordable housing every time a client buys or sells a home.
Her clients are in Sacramento and the surrounding areas including Auburn, Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, Natomas, Elk Grove, Carmichael, and Fair Oaks. She has also assisted her clients with moves throughout California and across the country through her networked of realtors.
