Rosemary was an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first time home buyer Rose made this intimidating process so incredibly smooth and easy. The knowledge and expertise Rose was able to provide was invaluable and greatly appreciated. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to work with Rosemary. Working with Rosemary was a very good experience. Its not easy trying to sell your home and at the same time trying to buy one. She was very patient with us and very understanding with our needs. I could really be a pain to work with at times but regardless of my attitude, Rosemary made me feel like I was her "best" client ever! Buying and selling is NOT an easy task , but Rosemary showed me because of her experienced and knowledge nothing was impossible and was willing to complete the task at hand. Overall, Rosemary is very reliable, trustworthy, experienced, helpful, responsive , knowledgeable and a great realtor to work with. I would HIGLY recommend Rosemary to any one that is looking to buy or sell. Thank you Rosemary for everything you did for us!!

During my house hunting buying selling journey, Rosemary was an absolute joy to work with. When you are making a huge financial, personal and sometime emotional decision for you and your family the stress is real. Rosemary was so patient, supportive, yet honest and straight forward. She guided me through this process with such grace and professionalism which in turn gave me a ton of confidence to make decisions with more ease than I'm used to. Buying your first home is such a milestone. The process can be exciting but nerve wracking at the same time. I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Rosemary. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and she never rushed me. She was patient with my indecisiveness and didn't make me feel as if I was being picky. Rosemary is an expert in her craft and is very knowledgeable. She explained everything in a way that was easy for a newbie like me to understand. From making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker...she made the whole process seamless. I closed on my dream home in 30 days, and I have Rosemary to thank. 5 STARS!
