Roxy and her husband, Ted Condrey are the owners and managers of Rain Residential. Rain Residential is a boutique real estate company consisting of a top producing sales brokerage with over $70 million in sales last year, manages over 400 single family residential properties along the MS Gulf Coast and manages multiple, award winning hotels.
Roxy Condrey is the managing broker and is an accomplished real estate professional with experience in residential and commercial sales with an added expertise in real estate marketing. Throughout her career, she has produced marketing strategies and implemented innovative techniques in order to add value to her clients’ investment and development properties.
In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology from Louisiana State University, she is a graduate from the Realtor® Institute(GRI), received international and cultural education while traveling the world and participating in international field work pertaining to her marketing degree, and worked as the top sales agent for a Louisiana advertisement and sales company prior to her real estate career.
Her real estate career began on the Emerald Coast of Florida working for a decorated Florida developer and builder. After achieving top sales production in many of the subdivisions that she was involved in, she went on to receive her broker’s license in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. Upon moving to Mississippi Gulf Coast, Roxy continued her real estate success and was awarded the Top Producer Award for several years in a row from the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and Biloxi Ocean Springs Association of Realtors.
Roxy and Ted are also highly invested in the local community through multiple developments, rental properties and are the owners of four hotels: The Inn at Ocean Springs, The Roost Boutique Hotel, The Beatnik and most recently purchased Gulf Hills Resort and Hotel. Each property is managed by Rain Travel Collection, the hospitality division of Rain Residential.
Under Rain Travel Collection’s management, these hotels have been awarded multiple awards and have been featured in magazines such as Southern Living, Coastal Living, Vogue and House Beautiful. Additionally, the Roost Boutique Hotel has been named as “The Most Beautifully Designed Hotel in the State” by Architectural Digest. Roxy has been an integral part of the brand, design and management for each of the hotels within the Rain Travel Collection portfolio.
