If you are buying a home in the Silicon Valley, Roxy is the realtor for you! We were referred to her by another one of her clients and we had an incredible experience working with her. Thanks to Roxy we only had to go through this experience once, as our first and only offer was accepted and we are now living in our new home! As first time homebuyers we knew nothing and Roxy was an excellent guide through the entire process. The level of support and attention she gave to us was so appreciated. She makes it known that her goal is to educate the homebuyer and that made her stand out among the rest. We had been contemplating on buying a home for months and didn't believe that we could find a suitable single family home in the bay area which also stayed within our preferred price range. During our initial conversations with Roxy, she respected our search for a home beyond territories she typically didn't cover and stuck by us to ensure we were well informed. Working with Roxy was such a seamless process that as soon as we considered taking a look at homes in the South Bay, we were able to close on a home within weeks. Roxy is just the best! My husband and I had been looking for a home on and off for over five years. As first-time home buyers, we really didn’t know what we were doing and had worked with a couple other agents that had not taken the time to explain the process to us. Roxy on the other hand scheduled several meetings with us where she broke down the process start to finish before we even started looking at homes together. With Roxy’s amazing connections we found our dream home within three months of working with her and had our offer accepted off market to avoid a bidding war. Roxy is an awesome realtor and over the process of helping us buy a new home & sell our old home, she has become one of our close friends. I came across Roxy's profile online and reached out to her, she got back right away & we set up a quick call to discuss our home buying needs. I told her we haven't finalized a realtor yet & she encouraged me to "shop around" for realtors, and not settle for one. And so we did! But as soon as we met Roxy, we knew we didn't have to look around more. She was on top of everything, the current market, financing a loan, buying & selling at the same time, you name it & she could answer.
The best quality about Roxy is that she truly "listens". She understood right away the kind of house we wanted & didn't waste our time showing houses that she knew wouldn't appeal to us. We saw maybe 3 houses and fell in love with an Eichler house. She sent us articles to understand what it meant to own an Eichler & how it was unlike a regular home, having it's own unique perks but issues too. She wanted to make sure we were ready to own the house before we put in an offer. She also helped us get the best mortgage rate, working with multiple lenders.
Roxy has a great relations with other local realtors and a good idea about the current market situation, this made us confident of putting in a good bid & ultimately owning our dream Eichler home. Her work did not end after getting us the house. She worked on getting multiple bids from contractors for work to be done, like filling up a pool & replacing the glass.
While helping us on the new house's work, Roxy started to get our old house ready for sale. She got great contractors to work on our house & the staging looked really great that our house was sold in a week.
The great part about working with Roxy is she is accessible any time of the day. She uses technology very well, whether it is texts to keep us updated, using docusign for contractor work or using drone videos for house sale. Above all, she truly cares about the people she works with.

Roxy was able to help us achieve our goal of selling our home in order to buy a bigger place and move up on the property ladder exceeding our expectations every step of the way.

She did this at short notice and worked with us to quickly sell our home to fit in with our tight schedule and at a price that we were hoping for. The photos and open houses she arranged were fantastic and really helped in getting our place noticed in comparison to nearby homes that were listed by others.

Roxy helped on our search for our next home knowing exactly what we were looking for and always kept our morale up that we would find what we were looking for.

We found our dream home and Roxy was able to negotiate on our behalf to get the one we wanted dealing with any issues that arose along the way.

Although we were hesitant to initiate the process, Roxy's guidance and hard work gave us the confidence in the emotional and daunting task of putting our parents' home on the market. Roxy set aside time to thoroughly explain and walk us through every aspect of the process; from the listing procedure and house preparations to the negotiation strategies. She even met with us to go over the buyer's side of the process. We felt very prepared to proceed.
Roxy's communication and negotiation skills were invaluable to us, especially since one of us did not live in the area. I had been looking for a couple of months at listings in Willow Glen where I had hoped to find a home that I would be able to retire in. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and a firm budget that I needed to stay within but was starting to lose hope that I would be able to find what I wanted within my price range.

While attending an open house in Willow Glen I decided to ask a few questions of the agent who turned out to be Roxy Laufer. Within minutes of talking to her I knew I had found the person that would be able to help me find the home I was looking for. Roxy was very knowledgeable with the Willow Glen area, she got me perfectly so there was no showing me homes that didn’t fit my needs or budget. She consistently made herself available to me when I had questions or wanted to see listings.

Within a couple of weeks of our search she would find the perfect home for me. As soon as we both walked into the home we knew it was the right one, it had all the character and charm that I had been looking for and within walking distance from downtown. The next phase would be where Roxy would shine; she personalized my offer to the seller which in the end gave me the edge that got me the home.

Not only is Roxy an extremely talented agent, she’s very hard working and was someone I knew to be trustworthy. There is little doubt that we’ll keep in touch and definitely someone that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Roxy Laufer is an extremely talented real estate agent who has a great passion for her work. I was fortunate enough to have Roxy represent me as my broker in the sale of my home after living there for over 11 years.

The urgency for selling my home was required due to another property I was preparing to make an offer. Roxy was able to help prepare me and my home, in a very short time, for selling. Because of the urgency to sell, she took creative measures in ensuring my property was shared with hundreds of other brokers in her network - even before it was formally listed on the market. In doing so, she was ultimately able to locate the final sellers for the property. I believe I would not have been able to sell my home as quickly without her ability to be make such good use of her connections.

Roxy was not only able to secure quality buyers for my home, but she was able to get an 'all cash/over asking' price. I was impressed by her ability to consistently go above and beyond in taking such great care of me during the entire process. She consistently made herself available to me when I had questions and provide me with clear status updates along the way. She was well-organized and took great care in managing all details of the selling process.

Roxy is amazing! I had spent months working with a different agent who had helped me buy and sell my previous home, but they weren't really grasping the competitive environment we have here in the South Bay, and I was getting frustrated.

Roxy Laufer was my real estate agent when I purchased a condo in Santa Clara in March 2017. She is extremely responsive, resourceful, and professional.

This was my first home purchase, and I was not familiar with the process and was initially unsure what I was looking for. I really appreciate how Roxy was patient and honest, and proactively pointed out many details that I should pay attention to. She took the time to get to know what I liked and disliked about each property, and figured out exactly what I was looking for. She helped me narrow down on a few properties and made the process very simple and straightforward.

Roxy is also very resourceful and responsive. She responds to my concerns quickly, and always has a solution in mind. For example, when the moving company I initially contacted declined the move due to HOA requirements, she was able to find me an alternative within a day, and took the extra effort to make sure that the new moving company is ok with the HOA requirements. These little things saved a lot of time for me.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Roxy and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

This is long overdue, I knew Roxy from my previous job. When we started looking for a home, I immediately reached to her to gain more insight into the home buying process. We met and she explained to me everything that will be involved in the process. When I was on the fence, she told me to get in touch with more agents to get the feel of how each agent works. Buying our first home was always a slightly daunting prospect. And meeting Roxy was the one happy coincidence that solved all our problems. Her approach to the process is especially helpful in that she explained the whole process in great detail well in advance. Finally have a chance to give a sincere thanks to our realtor Roxy. Roxy was our real estate agent when we purchased the house in San Jose. Roxy is very knowledgeable, honest and extremely thorough. We had some loan issue with our first lender and didn't get qualified when we were in escrow. Roxy was such a problem solver. She was patient and instantly found us a great broker who helped to solve the issue. Buying a house could be a hassle, but Roxy was very organized and takes care of everything and communicating throughout the whole buying process.
